Reigning South Indian actress Tamannah, who is making a comeback to Telugu after a brief gap of one year with Allu Arjun's V.V. Vinayak-directed Badrinath, has okayed another Telugu film to be directed by Sukumar with Naga Chaitanya in the lead role.
Tamannaah has confirmed her role opposite Naga Chaitanya in this untitled romantic entertainer, produced by Allu Aravind under the banner of Geeta Arts. Notably, Sukumar initially planned to direct this flick with Happy Days fame Varun Sandesh in the lead, but later changed his mind and roped in Telugu superstar Nagarjuna's son Naga Chaitanya. The film is expected to be launched soon.
Meanwhile, Tamanna is now gearing up for the release of her Tamil flick Paiyya, directed by Lingusamy with Karthi in the lead. Slated for release on April 2, Paiyya is dubbed in Telugu as Awara.
