Are ‘VTV’ and ‘Paiyaa’ really worth running packed houses? [TFC]

There was a news daily buzzes with a tag lines that the films that were released recently running still packed houses. Is it really true in mentioning those words? No, it was really disappointing to say that the theatres were seen empty for the last three weeks.

The top theatres in the town say thatGautham’s ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaaya’has hardly 20 audiences for each show for last three weeks. Similarly, Lingusamy’s ‘Paiyaa’ is also another film which made the audiences scream right on the first day first show itself. But now, the producers of the film are publicizing as it is the successful film that had real worth.

Sources say that as there no worthful summer entertainers to watch the audiences are forced to watch these movies. Already there was a talk that Vijay’s latest release‘Sura’ was also a terrific disaster. But the producers are publicizing that their films are running packed houses though they were not really that much worth.
