Jeeva’s next is Mugamoodi! (TFC)

Jeeva is on a signing spree and has turned as a marketable hero, after the super hit KO. The actor has signed up the film Mugamoodi, which is director Mysskin’s ‘dream project. Jeeva has found the script to be interesting and exciting so he gave his nod for doing the film. At the moment, Jeeva is busy shooting for Shankar’s Nanban, which will be wrapped by the end of July and after that Jeeva will be taking two weeks break for getting his new look for Mugamoodi. The film is all about a super hero who attempts to eradicate corruption in the society. Though is carries a message for the society the film is said to be an action – adventure family entertainer.
The production cost of the film has been worked out and Mumbai based corporate house is all set to fund Mugamoodi, on a reasonable budget. The director is engaging stunt men from Hong Kong and a Los Angeles based company is going to give the latest special effects for the film.
If recalled, Mysskin has narrated the same script to Suriya first but it didn’t work out due to the budget factor. Later he approached Arya and Vishal, but no producer was interested to fund the project.
Now Mysskin casting Jeeva in the lead role has brought a corporate house to fund the project as Jeeva turned as a profitable star with KO.
Mugamoodi shoot will start in August and will be Jeeva’s big summer release in 2012.
